Going with the client’s preference for minimalist designs, we went for a understated, thick, “block” rectangular top with locally made black steel trapezoid legs. Where this piece really stands out is the focus on grain and colour matching of all the boards in the walnut top, where we worked closely with the client to balance incredible colour variations and sweeping grain patterns.
