Understated in design to blend into the room, but made with thick premium oak boards and stained to a rich dark chocolate finish, this piece was made for a client that wanted a table for casual everyday meals in their kitchen.
We really enjoyed making this piece, as the custom dimension requirements really play into what Virginia Works is all about - the table was specifically sized to match the width and height of their formal dining table, so that it could serve as a dining table extension. Personally, we feel that its perfectly sized for poker, euchre and Settlers of Catan, but maybe that’s why we have yet to receive an invitation to their epic dinner parties.
The table measures 40 inches square x 28.5 inches tall x 1.5 inches thick and is available in white oak, red oak, ash, cherry, maple or walnut wood.
